Being an ex member of the overweight club or being known as ‘tubby V’, I understand exactly how it feels to walk into a gym desperate to lose weight but at the same time have no real idea what to do.

It’s extremely hard trying to lose weight alone and without support, it’s exactly why I created Body+Beyond Performance.

I don’t want you to feel lost and clueless like I did, I want you to be able to achieve the body that makes you smile every time you look in the mirror. At the same time I don’t want you to have to give up your life in order to do so.

That’s why when you work with me and Sadie, we’ll teach you exactly how to get into great shape, while eating the foods you love and still having a life that’s not all about the gym and dieting.

I’m all about supporting you to make achieving your goals as easy as possible.

Body+Beyond Performance (which was known as Fitness with Vin until 2015) was established in September 2011 by Vin Patel – a highly qualified personal trainer and fitness specialist with a background in sport and exercise science.

Unlike a lot of personal trainers our background means that your training programmes will be backed up with scientific knowledge and research, leaving you safe in the knowledge that you’re getting the best possible advice and training!

At Body+Beyond we’ll work with you to create a personalised training programme designed to suit you.

So whether that’s training at home, in the gym or outdoors, we’ll find something to help you meet your goals.
