Introducing the Fat Loss Camp.

The FLC is basically what is says in the name, it’s a group training program to help mums and dads burn away fat for good.

Our aim is to make you love yourself again so that when you look in the mirror you’ll feel and look incredible! You’ll look stronger and leaner and have all the knowledge to keep your weight off!

The Fat Loss Camp is a training program that burns away fat for good!

The methods used are guaranteed to work so you know that you’ll see results while having a great time and unlike many fitness classes we pre-plan each session based on who attends so that you get a tailored experience that challenges you to push yourself and see results.

The aim is for you to get into incredible shape, using methods that are proven to work so you are guaranteed to see results. When I say guaranteed, I mean that, you can have your money back if you are not happy with The FLC or your results providing you follow the methods of course.

The training is tough and designed to push you but it’s something that can be adjusted to suit your needs and level of training so that you become stronger, fitter and happier everyday.

Our FLC coaches will track your progress by taking regular measurements (nothing invasive, just using a tape measure) to ensure you’re on track to achieving your goals, and will also give you a sense of accountability to keep pushing yourself! We’ll give you as much support as you feel you need without feeling like you’re being spoon fed..

Not only that, but we’ll provide you with a flexible nutrition guide and an easy to use calorie calculator together they show you exactly how to lose weight and how much to eat without feeling like you’re restricted to certain foods, or that you can’t go out and socialise over dinner!

They show you how to be in control of what you’re eating so that you don’t feel like you’re on the latest fad diet and fall off the wagon again. The whole point of this is to help you lose weight and keep it off without having up to give up your life and the things you enjoy.

If you’re ever feeling like you’re not sure what to cook, or are bored with the foods that you’re eating then don’t worry, you’ll receive a recipe book with over 400 recipes in it. It includes recipes for everyone! With everything from meat dishes to vegetarian options you’ll always always have a bank of ideas to keep you going.

You’ll also get access to the online members only Facebook group so you can share your experiences, successes and struggles with other members. As well as getting support from our coaches you’ll get an added sense of accountability that you need to get the results you deserve! It’s a great way to stay in touch with the team and keep you motivated and supported.

Every Saturday & Sunday at 7.30am – 8.30am
