ProjectME is like personal training, you’ll receive individual support for your personal needs from your coach, however you’ll be training in a small team of four.
Here’s what you’d be able take advantage as part of each package:
* A body assessment session so that we can build on and improve the way you move, this will also help build the best program that works for your body and needs. This will also allow us to identify any limitations you have with your body and posture, which important so that we can get the best out your abilities and help improve on your weaknesses to make you unstoppable and feel amazing.
* 2-4 Weekly gym based training sessions with your coach and three other members who will be apart of your team where you work on achieving the body you want together so that you feel supported and motivated to achieve the goals we’ve set.
The sessions will help you feel more energetic, stronger, fitter and happier every day. The sessions all usually last an hour, however depending on the focus of the session and your goals this time may be extended when required so that you receive the most out of every session (this will always be arranged beforehand and suited to your schedule).
* A custom training plan that will be suited to your goals and needs and built according to your lifestyle so you never stop seeing results.
* A custom nutrition plan that has been designed to help you achieve your goals, support your training and suit your lifestyle so that you can achieve fantastic results without having to sacrifice your life or ever feel restricted. You will still be able to enjoy meals out with friends and family and eat the foods you loves all while feeling amazing and achieving the body you’ve always wanted.
* A bi-weekly Focus session this is where we take your measurements, review your progress and recharge your focus on your goals. We take regular measurements so that we can track your progress, see how your body is changing and see if we are on track to achieving your goals, nothing is left to guesswork. In this session we also discuss anything you need help with that will enable you to reach the goals and targets set. We do this so you never feel like you’re about to ‘fall of the wagon’ and can get the help and support you need to achieve your goals.
* A monthly nutrition review where we discuss everything nutrition related in detail so you never feel confused and are supported with any struggles you may face. We can also make changes where needed according to you progress. We will work together closely to set realistic and achievable targets to help you achieve your body goals so that you never feels lost and overwhelmed and can build a better relationship with food were you never struggle with your weight again.
* We will have regular email check-ins and updates so you can update us with how you are getting on outside of our training sessions with your independent training sessions and nutrition program, we can also answer any questions you may have. We will discuss how the week has been and if you are on target to achieve your goals. You can also email your coach for support whenever you need it so you are never left in the dark with anything.
* You’ll also get access to our online members only Facebook group so you can share your experiences, successes and struggles with your team and other members. As well as getting support from your coaches you’ll get an added sense of accountability that you need to get the results you want.
It’s a great way to stay in touch with the team and keep you motivated and supported.
* You’ll basically receive constant help and support from your coaches. This is not to get confused with hand holding and spoon feeding because that is not what this is, we will work with you in every way we can to help you achieve the body you desire but we cannot do the work for you. You’ll have accountability from your coaches to keep you focused, on track and importantly seeing results. We’re there to help and support you in achieving a body that makes you smile and happy.
