A lot of the time all these things will be talking about who’s out of the jungle and also how much weight they’ve lost.


Yep, going into celebrity jungle causes the celebs to lose quite a bit of weight.

Sure to do that without going hungry and to be a healthy individual you’ll need to make sure at least 80% of the food you eat comes from nutritious sources but apart from that and getting enough protein, there are no hard and fast rules.


If you stick to the basic principles you can get into great shape and have a diet and lifestyle you enjoy.
